Helix Tool Company are very proud to have their own in house
tool regrind and manufacturing facility. Because we understand
cutting tools and there application we can regrind worn drills,
end mills and taps to the highest standard. Helix offer a CNC
regrinding service as well as manual regrind service.
Regrinding allows the end user to re-new tools which would usually
be scrapped. Helix Tool Company regrind and recoat any cutting
tool at a fraction of the original cost, saving the end user
money and recycling at the same time.
All tools are inspected upon arrival to assess all necessary
regrinding of any drill point angle, flute or end mill geometry.
All tools are re-inspected prior to despatch ensuring the customer
of the highest quality at all times.
Helix Tool Company manufacturer many specials in house through
customer consultation and where possible to a customer drawing.
Helix Tool Company collect and deliver tools for regrind free
of charge (subject to conditions) ensuring a very fast turn
round.
