As we continue to grow we continue to invest. Therefore, we are expanding our geographical footprint towards the North West and are looking for experienced cutting tools professionals who are eager to join us in this exciting new development.

We intend to recruit the Sales and Management teams first and then build the team of Customer Service Advisors and Van Drivers we will need prior to opening.

Regional Manager (North West)

01/05/25 – This is a full-time role covering the North West area. The Regional Manager will be responsible for leading the Technical Sales team in delivering our growth targets and ensuring the Customer Service team delivers timely, accurate information to our customers with regards to quotations and order status.

Qualifications

  • Experience in leading a team with a proven track record of business growth
  • In-depth knowledge of machining and the application of cutting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to motivate and guide
  • Technical sales skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships

01/05/25 – This is a full-time, externally based role covering the Cheshire/Merseyside area. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, communication with clients and sales activities to drive business growth.

  • Technical sales skills
  • Experience in providing technical support and effective communication between Helix and our customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
