Industrial Vending Technician (Based in Leeds or Sheffield, Covering Yorkshire)
Introduction
Due to a rapid expansion in our installed base of industrial vending machines, we are looking to add to our in-house vending technical support team.
Duties will include:
- Updating vending machine databases including prices, descriptions, stock levels and images
- Dealing with customer enquires/queries either by email or phone
- Maintenance and replacing of parts for the vending machines
- Eventually leading to the configuration and the installation of new vending machines into our customers
- In-house training will be provided along with regular SupplyPoint product updates (some offsite)
Experience:
- Someone who preferably has experience with SupplyPoint Vending Machines or similar
- Preferably someone who has worked within a busy tooling distributor or similar.
- Good understanding and knowledge of Excel and Word
- Candidate preferably with Customer Service experience, with good communication skills both verbal and written, who is willing-to-help solve problems
- Confidence in dealing with customers and suppliers
